Damaged Items Policy

If any damage (e.g., broken boxes) occurs during shipment from Deligateaux, we kindly request Deligateaux to replace or exchange the affected products.
Delivery boxes are secured with bubble wrap (inside and outside).
Kindly request photos and reports from the customer if damages occur during delivery.
If Lumirous manages the distribution to clinics after receiving the products from Deligateaux, any damage after delivery to Lumirous will be Lumirous’ responsibility.
