The Difference Between a Menstrual Disc and a Menstrual Cup?

Shape and Design
Flat, round, and shaped like a shallow bowl. It has a flexible rim that holds it in place and is designed to sit at the vaginal fornix (just below the cervix).	Bell-shaped or cone-shaped with a stem for easier removal. It sits lower in the vaginal canal.
Placement
