How It Works
The P-Plan Fertility Planner works by detecting the rise in luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine. A sudden increase in LH usually indicates that ovulation will occur soon—helping you know the best time to try for a baby.
How to Use

Collect urine in a clean, dry container.

Dip the test stick into the urine sample for a few seconds.

Wait for the results to appear on the test window (refer to instruction leaflet for result interpretation).

For best results, avoid testing with first-morning urine. Late morning to early evening is ideal.
